She performs regular bank, supplier, and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring alignment between internal records and external statements while proactively investigating and resolving discrepancies.
She also manages the full purchase ledger process, including processing supplier invoices, matching purchase orders, and maintaining supplier accounts. Beverley ensures financial documentation is well organised and that all transactions comply with company accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
