Arkar is a Naval Architect with significant consultancy experience across the maritime, oil & gas, and renewables industries. He has contributed to a variety of high-profile international projects, delivering technical expertise in feasibility studies, concept design selections, competent person’s report, hydrodynamic analysis, and marine operations.

Arkar holds a Master’s degree in Offshore Engineering from Newcastle University and is an Associate Member of both the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA) and the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST).
