We Turned 21!

It began in 2005 with two founders around a kitchen table and an idea: to bring a fresh approach to marine consultancy. We’re proud of what that idea has become, six offices across three continents and more than 65 in-house full-time consultants.

What makes Waves Group special is the combined strength of our people. Master mariners, naval architects, marine engineers, civil and structural engineers, subsea cable specialists, and experts in casualty response, fire investigation and digital technology bring their experience together to solve complex challenges.
Their creative problem solving and development of leading technology help us deliver innovative solutions across marine and ports, offshore energy and engineering.

We’re grateful to everyone who has helped build Waves Group into the global hub it is today, and excited to welcome the next generation of talent into our culturally diverse and inclusive team where they can learn, contribute and grow, keeping Waves Group at the forefront of marine and offshore energy consultancy.

Twenty-one years on, our purpose is clear: to provide a new certainty, now and in the future, supporting our clients and helping to leave the world a better place.

We celebrated our 21st with a drinks reception in London. Thank you to everyone who joined us.

The best part of our celebrations were seeing so many people, who have been part of our journey, come together in one room. Including welcoming many of our international teams, both of our founders and so many of you that joined us to mark this milestone occasion.

The evening gave us a chance to reconnect, share stories and celebrate the relationships that have grown alongside the business, for which we are thankful.
