We’re looking for an Associate Director – Energy to lead and grow our offshore energy services.
This role will build upon our strong track record in mitigating risks in offshore energy projects and providing increased certainty, through consultancy advice, engineering analysis, project consulting and Marine Warranty Surveys This role sits at the heart of our engineering business — driving strategy, strengthening client relationships, and delivering high-impact projects across renewables and low-carbon infrastructure.

A leader with strong experience in offshore energy, and associated consultancy, engineering and project experience. Bringing a commercial mindset, the ability to inspire teams and deliver technical excellence with practical solutions. Someone who can spot opportunities, build relationships, and turn ambition into reality.
